What is audiovisual art? This type of musical genre includes an exploration of sound features and abstract art. How these mediums interact and merge as one artistic outcome is of significant interest and influence in Ali’s musical trajectory. Video art and video art installations are included in his portfolio.

Classical Contemporary Music

With classical training beginning at age 11 at the Mimar Sinan Fine Art University (MSGSU) in Istanbul, Turkey, Ali has a strong background in classical music. Trained as a violin player, Ali simultaneously began his composition studies at MSGSU as a teenager. He then pursued degrees in Germany and the USA. His education has, naturally, had an impact on his works. He has composed multiple works that fit under the classical contemporary music umbrella.

Ali has recordings of all musical compositions available to purchase, stream, and enjoy on multiple channels. Ali’s debut album, “Gibberish Shreds,” was produced and released by New Focus Recordings. This album is written for violin, voice, and electronics.
